Representatives of Russian side learned first-hand about the life of Belarusian nuclear employees at the plant and about the conditions created for comfortable living in the satellite city of Belarusian NPP – Ostrovets.

The head of the training center Oleg Zhenov introduced the meeting participants to the training of nuclear power plant personnel on a full-scale simulator of the power unit control panel.

Particular attention was paid to the issues of forming a personnel reserve and the participation of young people in socially significant projects of Belarusian NPP.
