The event began with the presentation of veterans with badges “For the construction of Belarusian nuclear power plant” and photo albums about the construction of the first Belarusian NPP, on the pages of which the veterans, of course, saw themselves at different stages of the construction of the nuclear power plant.

Mikhail Filimonov acquainted the participants of the meeting with the goals and objectives of the organization. And the General Director of Belarusian NPP Sergey Bobovich wished the veteran power engineers health, active longevity and participation in the public life of the enterprise.

After the official part of the program, the veterans continued their communication in an informal setting. At times it resembled a long-awaited meeting of graduates, and sometimes a production meeting with a discussion of current news and prospects for nuclear energy.
