The opening of the “Atomic Group” is a significant event, highlighting the group's commitment to innovation in preschool education and the early development of an interest in science and technology in the younger generation. The group's program aims to provide an accessible and engaging explanation of the fundamentals of nuclear energy, stimulate creativity through design, and foster a basic understanding of logic and computer science.
The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guests: General Director of Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant Sergei Bobovich and his deputy for general affairs Boris Paramonov.
Sergei Bobovich congratulated the adults and children attending the festive event on National Unity Day and the opening of the “Atomic Group”.
"We are delighted to see children showing an interest in such a vital area for our country as nuclear energy from an early age," noted Sergei Bobovich. "I hope that today's children from the “Atomic Group” will one day become part of our large and friendly team and come to work at Belarusian NPP, contributing to the development of the country's energy security."
As a sign of initiation into the young atomic scientists, the guests of honor tied special scarves on each child, symbolizing the beginning of their long and interesting journey in understanding the atomic world.
In support of the educational initiative and to fit up the group with modern equipment, the company donated a multiboard to the kindergarten. This interactive device will make lessons even more visual, dynamic, and engaging, opening up new opportunities for children's learning and development.
The opening of the “Atomic Group” at Kindergarten No. 4 is a step toward the future, an investment in the intellectual development of children and the formation of a new generation of specialists prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
