On October 14, 2025, the regular General Meeting and the Board of Governors of Moscow Regional Center of the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO-MC) were held in St. Petersburg. 

The General Meeting and the WANO-MC Board of Governors meeting were held in St. Petersburg

The event was chaired by Sergei Bobovich, Director General of Belarusian NPP and Deputy Chairman of the WANO-MC Board of Governors.

On October 15, 2025, the WANO-MC Conference of Directors of Operating Organizations and NPPs was held.

At the Directors' Conference, as part of the session "Staffing of Nuclear Power Plant Units in Operation and Under Construction," Sergei Bobovich presented a paper on "Increasing the Motivation of Young Employees to Support NPP Personnel and Strengthen Professional Competencies. Staffing of NPPs in Operation and Under Construction."
